Abstract Submission Instructions

All abstract submissions are required to follow the format used in the template here (Word).

The guidelines for preparing the abstract for submission are provided below, and in the template. All abstracts must be submitted electronically in .doc or .docx format using the web-based submission found below.

Format Guidelines

The guidelines for the abstracts must be followed strictly, which includes the required use of the template (Word). The abstract must consist of one page of texts only. The page must be US Letter size (8.5 in. x 11 in.) with margins of 1 inch on all edges. Abstract should be in 300 to 500 words only. Font should be Times New Roman. Font size should be 12. Spacing should be 1.15 and abstract should be in one paragraph only. Paragraph should be justified. Abstracts should be submitted in .docx or .doc format and not pdf. Title should be Times New Roman, size 14 and in bold. Authors names should be complete (first name, middle initial [if available] and family name) and affiliations should be provided. Authors names should be in one line, separated by comma(s). Email of the corresponding author should be given as well. No need to provide keywords. (note: Abstracts will not be considered unless they are submitted according to the format.)
